DELIVERY AND MORE
Our aim is to make buying online as convenient as possible, which means offering a wide range of delivery (also referred to as ‘carriage’) options for you to choose from. Delivery charges vary depending on:

the delivery address for your items (your region)

the delivery service you choose (i.e. specific day, within a 3 working day range, pre noon delivery, etc.)

the total weight of your order (please be aware that a weight surcharge of 36p/kg will be applied to deliveries of 10kg or more)

any promotions we may be running at the time of your order

Will be sent by Royal Mail, this can typically take between 4-7 days.

Who do we use?
We use Royal Mail, for the majority of all orders.
Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home) you will be notified by card by Royal Mail with a telephone number to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or collection from the Royal Mail depot. If your parcel is not collected or redelivered within 3 weeks (Royal Mail) then it will be returned to Phonezy Limited. Your credit / debit card will then be credited your original total cost less £14.99 which is the full cost of delivery which we would have paid. -
How to Track your parcel
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed (if you have provided us with an email address). Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email confirming dispatch. Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give the Royal Mail your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. -
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0800 260 6445. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0800 260 6445 within 7 days of delivery.
